Coffees from the Marcala region of Honduras are blended with our El Salvador Buenos Aires to produce this year's Celebration Caffè. El Salvador Buenos Aires comes from the Santa Ana region of El Salvador at elevations just above 1500 meters. Complementing the Buenos Aires are coffees from producers in Marcala, La Paz, in the southern coffee growing region of Honduras. We work with Cadexsa, a family owned exporter, who works with small farmers in the area to export their coffee.
