This is one of our most popular decafs. Blue Batak derives its name from the indigenous Batak people of Lintong who grow coffee on the hillsides surrounding a massive and ancient crater called Lake Toba in northern Sumatra. The coffee is decaffeinated using a natural water process the Swiss Water Process maintain the herbal and lusciously full-bodied character of the Blue Batak beans.
