Full-bodied with deep chocolate undertones. Grown the famed Huila region of southern Colombia by the San Roque cooperative. The beans are decaffeinated at the Swiss Water plant in Vancouver, BC using a natural water and carbon filter method which maintains the inherently flavorful Huila character that the growers worked so hard to produce.
