A blend of South American and East African coffees skillfully roasted to a dark degree to maintain a smooth body and sweet, smoky undertones. Only dense, high elevation coffee beans can maintain depth and character at this dark roast degree so we source from small farmer cooperatives in the Andes of South America and the highland plateaus of East Africa.
