To ensure consistency in quality, Allegro's roasters sample every coffee produced each day. During this process t hey make sure each batch of coffee meets our stringent quality standards.
Intense and smoky.
If we roasted these beans any darker they would burst into flames. Literally. As our darkest coffee, it is roasted to a deep black-purple color and at which point the beans loose around 25% of their original weight. In order to roast to this over-the-top degree, we must start with super dense beans from some of the world's highest growing regions. |
