 Roast Profile: Medium-Dark Roast (Espresso) Origin: Blend This is an intricate "post-roast" blend of beans from the Americas and Pacific Rim roasted to create a coffee of great depth and nuance. This means we first roast a base blend of our finest American coffees and after roasting, we blend in earthy single origin coffees from the Pacific Rim. This style of blending ensures that each coffee will be roasted evenly bringing forth the best of its inherent flavors and then blended after roasting to create a mixture that is more complex and nuanced that each coffee would be alone. |
