This small family farm is owned by Christina Gonzales in the heart of the Antigua valley. Surrounded by three towering volcanoes, this is one of the world's ideal coffee growing regions. Christina grows only traditional variety plants under a tall canopy of shade trees and operates her own ecologically friendly mill.
